When Craig Baruch retired in mid-2017, David Pagán began the transition from Sales Manager to co-owner with his father Rafael. He grew up in and around the business, starting summer shifts while still in school. After graduating from Magruder High School in 2003, he began his full-time path to what would be the fulfillment of his family
When Craig Baruch retired in mid-2017, David Pagán began the transition from Sales Manager to co-owner with his father Rafael. He grew up in and around the business, starting summer shifts while still in school. After graduating from Magruder High School in 2003, he began his full-time path to what would be the fulfillment of his family legacy. Now the father of two young children, David hopes to one day pass the business on to his own family. As a small business competing in this bigger, better, faster marketplace, it's imperative that we stand out amidst the competition.
