About Us

Who We Are

Since being established in 1979 by Craig Baruch and Rafael Pagán, Rockville Window & Door Co. has been serving the Washington, DC Metro area as a minority owned small business.  Along with our residential retail customers, we also work with contractors, builders, utility companies and government agencies.  Our knowledge, experience, and dedication allow us to provide you with quality products and great customer service.   We DO NOT use aggressive sales tactics or pressure you into making a purchase you don't want or need.  As a result, past customers and word-of-mouth referrals are our greatest assets!  Please read some of our past customers' feedback.

Our Family & Yours

When Craig Baruch retired in mid-2017, David Pagán began the transition from Sales Manager to co-owner with his father Rafael.  He grew up in and around the business, starting summer shifts while still in high school.  After graduating from Magruder High School in 2003, he began his full-time path to what would be the fulfillment of his family legacy.  Now the father of two young children, David hopes to one day pass the business on to his own family.  As a small business competing in this bigger, better, faster marketplace, it's imperative that we stand out amidst the competition.  But as a local family-owned business, it's even more vital that we maintain our commitment to excellence because our customers are our neighbors and friends.  This is our community and yours!
